She masterfully navigates the harrowing depths of various forms of abuse, laying bare the chilling reality of it all, while also revealing that at times, the assailant is, heartbreakingly, the victim. I was glued to the edge of my seat from beginning to end. And that cliffhanger she left us with—my goodness! It’s an undeniable work of art.
