Powerful is best experienced alongside Powerless. Although it isn’t an official part of the trilogy, the narrative centers on Paedyn’s best friend Adena and her captivating love interest, Mak. The story delivers an emotional punch that is both profound and unforgettable. I rated it 2 stars because it didn’t quite resonate with me as much as Powerless and Reckless, but it’s absolutely worth the read.
